The Olympia

The oldest music hall in Paris, it is a world-famous concert hall with 2,000 seats.

The Olympia was founded in the late 19th century by Joseph Oller, founder of the Moulin Rouge, who first created a circus here before turning it into a music hall.

It has seen performances by international stars including The Beatles, Edith Piaf, The Rolling Stones, Zazie, Georges Brassens, Michel Sardou, Jacques Brel, and Johnny Hallyday.

The Olympia features an eclectic range of programming from electro pop rock to French variety, humorous theatre, stand-up comedy, jazz, blues, classical, hip hop, reggae, local musicians, and children’s events.

Open 320 days a year, the Olympia is just a five-minute walk from the hotel.
