showcasing a century-old culinary arta gourmet philosophy
At Le Grand Café Fauchon, our Chef Baptiste Limouzin's aspirations are a commitment to products that are as beautiful as they are good, boldness in creation and special attention to the client experience.
The restaurant's unique touch: Making the Maison Fauchon's historic and emblematic products a true source of inspiration.
Thus, as the seasons change, the Chef imagines recipes, mixes flavors and sublimates his creations through associations with iconic Fauchon grocery products.
With a heritage of nearly 140 years, Fauchon cuisine is a showcase for a century-old culinary art at the heart of the restaurant's gastronomy.
THE CUISINE OF THE CHEF BAPTISTE LIMOUzIN
Parisian by birth and Charentais at heart, Chef Baptiste Limouzin honed his craft under the guidance of Chef Hélène Darroze at the Connaught in London, with Chef Guillaume Goupil at Le Burgundy, and with Chef Julien Roucheteau (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) at the Scène Thélème before moving to the South of France at La Réserve de Beaulieu, in Beaulieu-sur-Mer.
With these mentors, he forged a unique culinary universe inspired by terroir and French craftsmanship. Each dish reflects his commitment to offeringa refined gastronomic experience, where simplicity, finesse and gustatory emotions meet.
