Menu du Moment :
For starters, we opt for flame-tempered mackerel, marinated in a daring combination of mature soy and Fauchon mango passion and orange black tea.
Seafood dish: Scallops, roasted cauliflower and pickles with fresh turmeric, mango confit with Fauchon Sechuan pepper.
Followed by a gourmet, inspired dish from the land: filet of Challans duckling cooked with acacia honey from France Fauchon.
The dessert has been designed to delight sweet tooths: pineapple confit with rum, accompanied by a mousse of fromage blanc with cocoa and Fauchon hazelnut praline.
