We're off to a gentle start with two starters.
Duck foie gras from Ferme Jean Sarthe, delicately mi-cuit maison, reveals its aromas under the sweet notes of Pineau des Charentes and a FAUCHON Provence fig jam.
Or, on the seaside, grilled octopus is savored on a FAUCHON butternut spread with honey and almonds, warmed by a squash broth scented with organic lime.
For the main course, head for Brittany with blue lobster, accompanied by carrots from the sands of Finistère with Kari Gosse and buckwheat farz.
Then, let yourself be tempted by pigeon from Gâtinais, lacquered with FAUCHON five-berry caramel, accompanied by celeriac, melting quince and wild mushrooms.
Before dessert, a sweet interlude with roasted figs from Provence, layered on a yoghurt moelleux and topped with FAUCHON acacia honey from France.
Finally, Normandy rounds off this exceptional dinner with an Arianne apple and celeriac tatin, enhanced with FAUCHON buckwheat caramel, Calvados pickles and a creamy Isigny ice cream.
