FAUCHON's 140th Anniversary Celebration at Fauchon L'Hôtel Paris

Located facing the Madeleine Church, in the heart of Paris’ 8th arrondissement, Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris is celebrating the 140th anniversary of FAUCHON. SinceAuguste Fauchon founded his grocery storeon Place de la Madeleine in 1886, the House has continually reinvented the French art of living.

To mark this anniversary, the hotel is celebrating this legacy through a series of exclusive events that showcase fine dining, pastry arts, creativity, and culinary delights.

The 140th Anniversary Menu by Pierre Chomet at Le Grand Café Fauchon

Chef Pierre Chomet, who first came to the public’s attention through his appearance on *Top Chef*, creates a creative cuisine that draws inspiration from around the world. To mark FAUCHON’s 140th anniversary, he has created exclusive dishes that celebrate the boldness and excellence the House has embodied since 1886.

The 140th Anniversary Menu comes to life in the kitchens of Le Grand Café Fauchon, under the direction of Chef Baptiste Limouzin and his team. It will be served for dinner from September 7th through the end of November 2026.

The dining experience is divided into four courses and features bold flavor combinations: pan-seared Quercy foie gras, langoustine crudo, pollock with Timut pepper beurre blanc, and aged Castilian beef chuck.

Three Original Pastries by Arnaud Larher

To mark this celebration, Arnaud Larher, FAUCHON Pastry Chef, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, has created three original confections that put a new spin on the brand’s classic and iconic creations:

Black Forest BISOU BISOU, a reinterpretation of the iconic BISOU BISOU featuring the flavors of the Black Forest;
The trompe-l’œil Madeleine, a gourmet take on one of the great classics of French pastry;
The 140th Anniversary chocolate Éclair, a timelessly elegant anniversary creation celebrating the chocolate-making expertise of FAUCHON.
