Avenue des Champs-Elysées

Within walking distance of the hotel, you can easily stroll the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, which has been labeled “the most beautiful avenue in the world.”

One of the greatest pleasures of life in Paris is the opportunity to stroll — to walk along the wide boulevards or narrower winding streets and take it all in.

The architecture, the little distinctive French accents like the streetlights, signs, and landscaping, the shops, the people, and the overall vibe of the city as Parisians live life.

At the eastern end, the Avenue des Champs-Élysées begins at The Place de la Concorde. From there, stroll 1.2 miles to the west where it concludes at the foot of the Arc de Triomphe, one of Paris’ most famous architectural icons.
En route, the city’s most enchanting venues are just steps away…most importantly, the luxurious designer boutiques including Louis Vuitton’s flagship store, Cartier, and French perfumer Guerlain.

At the western end of the Champs-Élysées, at the center of the Place de l’Etoile, the dramatic Arc de Triomphe awaits. Quite imposing from ground level, we think it’s best to take in the view from the top, where you can perch above the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a spectacular panorama over Paris by day or, more enchantingly, at night.
